The mid-term report card for a re-envisioned Benchmark Restaurant is getting good grades across the board.
The Niagara College restaurant reopened for regular lunch service in early November. Victor Oliveira, the manager of catering and special events at Niagara College, is overseeing the front-of-house operations and said his staff of 12 students have improved by leaps and bounds in only a few short weeks.
